Led by the solid pitching of Zack Lawrence and timely hitting, West Warwick defeated Slocum Baseball, 10-3, last week (7-9-22).

Warwick PAL won their second straight game over Chariho, 9-7.

Devyn Robbins overcame a rough first inning and allowed two runs over his next four innings and Matt Colvin threw two innings to get the save.

Andrew Wheeler reached base four times and scored three runs.

Also, Mason Link had three RBI’s to Warwick’s third straight game without a loss.

On Saturday July 17th, Flood Ford Auto defeated Westerly 9-3.

Chris Manzo started and went four innings and Gian Lepore pitched three scoreless innings to close the game.

Ben Piconne scored three runs for Flood and Chris Manzo had three hits, including two ringing doubles.

Chase Bedrossian had two hits, including a double.

The Cranston Bulldogs inched closer to the regular season tithe with a 9-1 win over the Tams of LaSalle.

Cranston exploded for seven runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to erase a 1-0 deficit as they coasted to their ninth win of the year.

Providing key rbi singles were AJ Green and Shawn Roach.

Matt Talabac (pictured) was the star of the game pitching a complete game 6-hitter for his first win of the season .

Evan Macaulay went 3 for 3, driving in 2 and scoring 2 runs to lead East Greenwich over Coventry 6 – 3.

Vin Purcell got the win, striking out 7 over four innings.
