Bulldogs stay hot in win over Scituate, 7-2!
Behind the solid pitching of Mike Smith and the clutch hitting of Anthony DeCotis, the Cranston Bulldogs won their 10th game of the season over Scituate 7-2.
On a very humid night, Mike Smith kept the Scituate bats at bay, pitching 6 2/3 innings with five strikeouts.
Anthony DeCotis had a huge night at the plate, just missing the cycle with a single, double, triple and three RBI’s.
Cranston runs it’s first place record to 10-1 and play Slocum Baseball on Saturday .

Court leads Warwick past Knights, 3-1!
Led by the stellar pitching of Bobbie Court, Warwick PAL won their third straight game over the Knights, 3-1, at Dickerman Field in East Providence.
Court, who struck out eleven batters, allowed just two hits in a complete game effort.
Andrew Wheeler and Tyler Cote each had two hits for Warwick, while Jamie Luna scored twice.
Smithfield 10 Coventry 8
On Wednesday (7-13-22), Smithfield defeated Coventry, 10-8!
Dean delivers WW past Smithfield, 10-3!
Led by the solid pitching of Logan Dean, West Warwick picked up their sixth win of the year over Smithfield, 10-3.
Dean, who earned Second Team All Division honors during the spring for WWHS, allowed one run and struck out 11 batters in five innings of work.
WWCM received extra base hits from Josh Pedus (one double & one triple), Nathan Hunt (one double) and Dominic Carollo (one double).
Rams fall to Flood, 11-2!
On Tuesday Night (7-19-22), Flood Ford picked up their seventh victory of the year over LaSalle, 11-2.
Nolan Laperche pitched the first 5 2/3, struck out eight batters and gave just two runs. Yani Fotopolous did not allow a run in the final two innings.
Angelo Fusarello reached base four times and scored three runs. Also, Mike Traupman hit a two-run single and Dan d’Alessio scored two runs for Flood.
