Congratulations to Anthony Borrasso on his first varsity victory.

On December 7th & 8th the mustangs competed against 18 other teams from around the region (and outside). The mustangs rallied the second day after a tough start (14th out of 19) to place 7th place. 6 Mustangs placed in the tournament including:

160 Zeke Bonura (3-3) 6th
170 Andy McRandal (5-1) 3rd
220 Jake DiGuilio (4-1) 3rd

7 other wrestlers competed including Tony DiNinno (1-2), Anthony Borrasso (0-2),Tyler Edwards (0-2), Zach Martin (2-2), Nate Turchick (1-2), and Stephen Turchick (1-2).

• 7:30 am Arrive at the School
• 7:45 am Bus Departure
• 8:45 am Warm Up & Stretch
• 9:00 am Scrimmage Starts
• 1:00 pm Scrimmage Ends
• 2:00 pm Projected Bus Arrival at PHS (Please be there)

What each wrestler should bring:
• Workout Gear (including shoes, headgear, mouthpiece, etc.)
• Shower Gear, Soap, & Towel
• Change of clothes
• Small snack or money for food at concession stand

This is a closed scrimmage at Chartiers Valley HS. There will be 10 teams in attendance.

We will meet at 7:30 am and ride the bus out to the scrimmage. It will last to about 1 pm. Then we will ride the bus back to the school.

You may want to pack a water and a sandwich. Also, I recommend you bring a towel, soap, and a change of clothes.
