On June 7, 2021, our General Membership elected the following individuals to the 2021-2022 Board of Directors:

Although our official registration sessions have ended, limited spaces are available in select divisions. If you are interested in signing up your player for a division that has openings, please follow the process outlined below. For closed divisions, you may have your child placed on a wait list in the event a vacancy becomes available on a team after our season begins.
Major Softball (league ages 10-12) = limited openings
Senior Softball (league ages 13-16) = limited openings
Tee Ball Baseball (league ages 4-6) = closed
Minor Baseball (league ages 7-9) = closed
Major Baseball (league ages 10-12) = closed
Senior Baseball (league ages 13-16) = closed
Parents interested in registering a player in an open division or having their child’s name added to the wait list for closed divisions must send an email with the following to the appropriate email address below.
Player’s date of birth
Player’s league age
Primary phone number
*All requests must be sent to: email@example.com. *
Requests will be taken in the order that they are received at this email address. No phone calls or walk-ins will be accepted. No special requests can be accepted.
If there is space for your child, you will receive an acknowledgement email advising that your request has been accepted, with the date and time to meet with the Player Agent to complete your registration. Failure to attend this meeting will result in moving your request to the back of the line and your child may lose their chance to play.
Late Registration Costs:
League ages 4-6: Registration fee of $75
League ages 7-10: Registration fee of $90
League ages 11-12: Registration fee of $105
League ages 13-16: Registration fee of $120
FAMILY CAP = $270
For late registration, APLL accepts only cash (exact change) and checks. Checks should be made out to APLL.
Registration for the APLL Spring Season will take place at Witchduck Bingo Hall (located at 660 N Witchduck Road in Virginia Beach):
Saturday, February 13th = Noon to 3pm
ALL players should bring their birth certificate and 3 proof of residency documents to sign up. For more information regarding Little League’s RULES related to acceptable proof of residency documents for 2021 please check our “Documents” page.
Registration Fees for the 2021 Spring Season are:
League Age* 4 through 6 = $75
League Age* 7 through 10 = $90
League Age* 11 through 12 = $105
League Age* 13 through 16 = $120
All Challengers = free registration
Family Cap = $270
*League Age is defined by Little League International per the calculator at https://www.littleleague.org/play-little-league/determine-league-age/. Please note that the APLL Board of Directors shall decide the age-cutoffs within each 2021 Baseball/Softball Division.
Returning players must register before 3pm on Saturday, February 13th.

APLL Registration Fee Scholarships are available for families in need – applications will be available during our registration session at Witchduck Hall.
Subject to change, Opening Day for the APLL Spring Season is currently planned for Saturday, March 27th. Closing Day is currently planned for Saturday, June 5th. Our complex is located at 595 De Laura Lane in Virginia Beach.
The APLL Board of Directors is currently planning for a spring season. Subject to change, we look to begin playing games on Saturday, March 27th with the regular season ending on Saturday, June 5th. We continue to monitor mandates and best practices for outdoor sporting events at the national, state and local levels. As such, there may be restrictions in place as we launch our season and we ask for your patience and adherence to any policies we will be required to put in place for the safety of all those involved with our program.
For families that registered to play with APLL in 2020 – but did not request/receive a refund of fees last year – we ask that you confirm that your child(ren) plan to play at APLL in the upcoming season. Our Player Agents will be hosting a “Registration Confirmation” session on Saturday, February 6th from 12 to 3pm at Witchduck Hall (660 N Witchduck Rd). At this session, an updated registration form will need to be completed and your current credit will be considered payment in full for the season. Please bring updated residency documents to the session – these items must be dated or in force between February 1, 2020 and February 1, 2021. More information about the document requirement is available in the “Documents Section” of this site. If you do not confirm your registration, we will not assign your child(ren) to a team and will continue to hold your credit for a future season as the refund window has closed.

By attending General Membership meetings, you will stay informed regarding League business and events. Our meetings offer you the opportunity to ask questions, make suggestions and, if you are a Voting Member, have a say on League issues.
