I wanted to send you this reminder about the hotel in Omaha…the last day to reserve your room is 3 APRIL.

Ok Folks, the Omaha trip is upon us in a couple of weeks. Here is the information. The contact person is Carol. Missy Lucas (Ellie’s Mom) booked the rooms for April 17th. She also blocked a few for the 18th just in case someone decides to stay longer. (Thank you so much, Missy)

Rooms have been blocked for April 17th. We got a group rate of $79/night plus tax, (savings of about $48), there is an option for a single king room and that rate is $72 plus tax.

30 rooms have been blocked to give us a little cushion in case some more players freed up their schedules. We only booked 28 last year. This information below is very important so will you please forward to everyone that is going.

Every year, we are required to register every girl lax player on the KCMGLA website so they can carry a database of our roster and each player’s US Lacrosse Membership number. This is MANDATORY for each player to complete before our first game…the deadline for this year is 26 MARCH. It takes 5 minutes to complete, and have your daughter’s US Lacrosse number on-hand when you complete this registration. Instructions below:

- Go to www.kcgirlslax.com
- Click orange “Register Now” button.
- Select a Registration Category:
– Choose “Player”
- Scroll down to: 2015 LS, LSN, LSW High School Player Registration box
– Click Green “Begin Registration” button.
– Click “Continue” button.
- Sign In if you already have a username and password.
- Create a new account if you don’t.
Once you are in 2015 LS, LSN, LSW High School Player Registration the site, add or edit your personal information.
*Make sure to have you US Lacrosse Number with you during this process. It is required.*
Add your profile to the LS West HS Varsity roster.

Please make every effort to complete this task ASAP. As of today, we have 16 of 42 girls registered. This is something that requires our immediate attention.

Hope all is well. My name is Kevin Totaro, Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at Missouri Valley College. We are a fully funded NAIA college that will enter in the NWLL spring 2016. This year we are competing at the club level. I am reaching out to you today in regards to your 2015 class. We are looking for talented hard working athletes that want to continue playing lacrosse.

Since we are a new program looking to build I do have a good size budget for scholarships to help pay towards college. If you know of any players that are interested in playing, please pass me along there info.
