We have another busy week ahead, so please read through all of the information below.
Meet Attendance Form:
Please be sure to fill out the meet attendance forms. Please fill out Tuesday’s by tonight and Thursday’s by Tuesday night.

6/25 Meet Info:
-Meet starts at 6 pm
- Against Meadowmoor at Westwood Farms
- Please be at the pool by 4:45 so your swimmers can check their events before warmups
- Warm-up is at 5:00
- Please be sure to wear your Taylor Swift gear! Dress up as one of her eras! It could be as simple as picking an album, and wearing the colors of it! If your swimmers made a t-shirt, make sure they wear it!
Parent Relay:
We are going to try to do a parent relay after the meet tomorrow! It’s tons of fun! Your skill level doesn’t matter at all! All of your swimmers enjoy being able to watch their parents swim. It’s a fun way to wrap up our meet!* PLEASE BRING YOUR SWIMSUITS TO THE MEET!!!!*
6/27 Meet Info:
-Meet starts at 5:30 pm
- Against the Rec Center, at Ledgewood (17761 Falling Water, Strongsville)
- Please be at the pool by 4:15 so your swimmers can check their events before warmups as the meet will begin right after our warmup time.
- Warm-up is at 4:30
- Theme: Glow in the Dark! Wear your neon gear!
- The order of events is slightly different since Ledgewood is a 50 meter pool. I will go over this with your swimmers, and send more info about this closer to the meet.
-After Meet: Dairy Queen

For all of our home meets, we have different themes. These are a great way to make our meets more fun and exciting for our swimmers. We encourage everyone to participate, including parents. Below are the themes:

Remember the most important meet of the year is Saturday, July 20….our Championship meet (Champs).
If you would like a league Champs shirt they can be ordered by completing the Champs Order Form

Hi everyone!
There are a couple important reminders for the meet tonight and picture day tomorrow!
The theme for the meet tonight is Hawaiian! We encourage our parents to dress up as well! The more participation with the theme, the more fun it will be!
Your swimmers need to arrive at 4:45!
Picture Day:
Tomorrow is Picture Day! Please make sure your swimmers wear their team suit if they have one. If they don’t have a team suit, please have them wear a solid suit, preferably navy or black. Refer to my last message for the picture order form!
After pictures, we will have donuts and have a team bonding activity. Since our theme for the meet on Tuesday is Taylor Swift, we will be making t-shirts and bracelets together. We hope our swimmers will stay for an hour or so to join us. Swimmers will need to bring their own, plain shirts (preferably white), but all other supplies will be provided.

I am so incredibly proud of all of your swimmers! They all did an amazing job at the first meet. I was blown away by all of their swims and times! I can’t wait to see how they continue to improve over the season!

Picture day is on 6/21 at 9 am. There won’t be normal practice. All swimmers will show up at this time. Swimmers need to wear their team suits. If they don’t have a team suit, they should wear a navy or black suit. You can order the pictures using the link below.

Upcoming Team Bonding Activity:
Since one of our themes is Taylor Swift, we will be having a team bonding event to make t-shirts and friendship bracelets together. After pictures on 6/21, we encourage all of our swimmers to stay after for an hour or two to make their own T Swift shirts and bracelets. Swimmers will need to bring their own white shirt, but all other supplies will be provided.

- Against Deerfield Chandler, at Chandler Commons(18852 Stony Point Drive, Strongsville)
- Please be at the pool by 5:15 so your swimmers can check their events before warmups as the meet will begin right after our warmup time.
- Warm-up is at 5:30
- Please be sure to wear your team merch or colors!
-After Meet: Dairy Queen. It is a tradition to go get ice cream after all of our meets(except meets at Westwood), and we will be continuing it. It is optional to attend, but a very fun team-bonding event!
6/18 Meet Info:
Our third meet is on Thursday, June 20th!
-Meet starts at 6 pm
- Against High Point at Westwood Farms
- Please be at the pool by 4:45 so your swimmers can check their events before warmups
- Warm-up is at 5:00
- Please be sure to wear your Hawaiian gear!
