For meets here are some things to remember:

• Wear the meet suit, bring goggles (more than one), extra towels, warm clothes, snacks, and your cheering voice.
• See Parent Info Meeting presentation for more information.
• Coaches will direct kids to the team area.
• When lineups are ready, look for your swimmer’s name and write the events on their hand with a sharpie- see the image on the post.
• Have fun!!!

For each swim meet, a Google Form has been created to be completed for each one of your swimmers. This will indicate your swimmer’s attendance at the meet. Please complete each one based on your swimmer’s expected attendance. This is a critical step to allow our coaches to set up meet lineups and ensure our swimmers are set up for success. Please take the time to complete these forms for your swimmer(s). We are sharing all the meet forms for the season now. *We need these to be accurate based on your swimmer’s attendance, so please do not fill these out too early. *

• The Forms can be accessed from the Teams Home Page menu Meet Signups drop-down menu. If completing from a mobile device, click the three lines on the right side to see the menu.

• Forms need to be completed by Sunday for Tuesday meets
• Forms need to be completed by Tuesday for Thursday’s meets

The pool temp is 76 degrees this AM. We will have practice but it is up to your discretion if you want your swimmer to leave early if needed.

The pool temp should be in the low to mid 80’s. Metro and the HOA are aware. The low overnight temps are impacting the ability to keep it in the 80’s.
