If you have not turned in your payment of cash/check please do ASAP. All payments must be turned in before Wednesday, May 18, 2022, to Lisa at 12347 Paddock Circle. Please place in the blue swim team bin on the porch. Check should be made payable to Westwood Farms Swim Club

May 31, 2022- First Day of Practice- EVENING
9 & over 7:00-8:00 pm
8 & under 6:15-7:00 pm

June 6-July 15, 2022- MORNING Practice begins
9 & over from 8:45-9:45 am
8 & under from 9:45-10:30 am

June 14, 2022- First Meet against Meadowood @Ledgewood Pool

June 16, 2022- Team Pictures (time TBD)

July 4-5, 2022- No Practice

July 18, 2022- Donut Pool Party- Awards Day 9:00 am-11:00 am (tentative)

TEAM SUIT- Deadline— May 17th
Link to Swim Suit Ordering Site- Suit Tryon at the Clubhouse on Tuesday, May 10th from 7-8 pm. This year’s suit is a different brand and fits different. This is the ONLY time suits will be available to try on!

Apparel Ordering- T-Shirts, towels, hoodies, etc. Pants/Hoodies are great for meets after the kids swim…it can be chilly!

Hi Swim Families,
Below you will find the link to the swim team registration. Please complete the Google Form for EACH swimmer in your family. For example, I have two kids, so I will fill this form out twice. The email distribution list will be generated from this form, therefore, if both parents want their email included, please be sure to fill out both contacts even though only one is required. Once you have completed the form, please drop off registration fee to Lisa Bringman, at 12347 Paddock Circle in an envelope with your swimmer’s name(s). Please place the payment in the blue swim team bin on the porch. Only cash or check are accepted this year, due to Venmo changes.

Hi Swim Families,

We are gearing up for an awesome season! For the families who joined for the first time last year, we are going back to the regular schedule! This means our meets will have all ages groups instead of split to limit meet size.

The league is finalizing the season calendar and should be available by the end of the month. I will get that out ASAP, once finalized. Please make note of the following dates on your calendar:

Hi Barracuda Families,

We are gearing up for the New Year and before we take a break for the holidays, we would like to have a few jobs filled for the upcoming season. Thank you to those of you who already took on a role!!! We appreciate you!
The following positions need to be filled:

• Concessions: 1-2 people to help the leader organize and run concessions at our WWF home meets. (1 person already took the lead on this, but this really is a 2 person job). Who else wants to help with this?

• Scorer: 1-2 people to learn the scoring software- This is not a hard job and we really need people to learn how to do this. As scorer you will help enter times into the computer from the time sheets. This person will also support printing labels for ribbons/awards. Support, training, and detailed isntructions will be provided.

• Volunteer Organizer: 1 person to create the sign-ups and make sure jobs are filled
  Please let me know if you are interested in one of the above positions or if you have any questions. The team cannot run without you! Thanks so much for your help! Also, know that no prior experience is needed to be a volunteer for these jobs, our past volunteers all started with no experience.
