WHERE: Norwalk High School (23 Calvin Murphy Drive)
WHEN: Saturday, January 9 Warm up time is at 12:30 PM
* Please be on the pool deck 15 min prior to the warm up and report to the coaches *
PARENTS PLEASE NOTE: - Our team has to provide 2 timers. Please be ready to time. It’s everyone responsibility to time for our team at the meets. Sessions can be shared. No experience needed.
- Only athletes, coaches, officials, and official meet staff actively participating in the meet are permitted on the pool deck.

Please sign up here for the meet Swimmer Sign Up and to volunteer Parent Volunteer Sign Up.
The meet will be held on Friday, December 11 with warm up starting at 4pm.
Team Holiday Party will follow the meet at 6pm. See more details below.

The Italian Center Rose Room or Laurel Room*
Cost of Dinner is free for swimmers
$12 for adults (BYOB)
$8 for siblings
Includes Pasta, Salad, Rolls and Dessert
Checks made payable to Orcas

OR given to coaches

Include number of swimmers and paying participants
*At present, the Rose Room is available in which case we can all be seated for the event.
In the event of a booking, we will need to use the Laurel Room, in which case seating is limited.
We should be able to confirm this a few days prior to the celebration.

Friendly reminder that FUNathon pledges are due this Friday, November 20
Team,
* No regular swim practice*
The schedule as follows:
Pre-Orcas 4:00-4:30pm
Bronze and Silver 4:00-5:00pm
Blue, Gold and Senior 5:00-6:00pm
Still need donated water and snacks and parent volunteers to count laps!
Please sign up if you can make a donation for the swimmers or volunteer

Our Annual Fundraiser FUNathon is coming up!
FUNathon is the main fundraiser for the team and one of our few all-team events.
We are hoping for 100% attendance from team swimmers.
Parent volunteers will be needed to help with the FUNathon!
We will need:

Donated healthy snacks and water for the swimmers

People to man the snack table

Parent volunteers to count laps.

WHAT: November Age Group Qualifier
WHERE: Chelsea Piers CT, 1 Blachley Road, Stamford CT 06902
WHEN: Saturday, Nov. 14 and Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015
Warm up times and timer assignments:
Saturday and Sunday: These sessions will be pre-seeded so please notify your coach (Fri/Sat) if you will not be there to avoid empty lanes.
13&Over warm up is at 8:00am in Lane 3. Races start 9AM
1 timer needed for the meet session.
12&Under warm up is at 1:20pm in Lane 3. Races start 2:30AM
1 timer needed for the meet session.

WHAT TO BRING:?
- Teams swim cap
- Teams swimsuit
- 2 pairs of goggles
- 2 towels
- Teams uniform (if you have)
- Warm cloth to wear
- Small snack and water
