ZEUS Pat Spinola Invitational Meet Announcement
January 14 - 17, 2017
Norwalk, CT
All morning sessions will warm-up at 7 am and start at 8:15 am;
Afternoon sessions on Saturday and Sunday will warm-up at 1 pm and start at 2:15 pm.
Monday afternoon's session times are unchanged.
MEET REMINDERS:
WHAT: 14th Annual Pat Spinola Age Group Qualifier
WHERE: The Norwalk High School Pool (23 Calvin Murphy Drive, Norwalk, CT 06851).
WHEN: Saturday, January 14 and Sunday, January 15, 2017.
Warm up time:
11-12 and 13-14 swimmers both days at 7:00AM (time changed from 7:30AM)
10&Under and 15&Over swimmers both days at 1:00PM (time changed from 12:30PM).
PLEASE NOTE:
- TIMERS: 1 timers needed for Saturday ad Sunday PM sessions. Please let coaches know by Friday if you can time. Thank you!
- Only athletes, coaches, officials, and official meet staff actively participating in the meet are permitted on the pool deck.
- Ample Parking at the school.

Orcas Swim Club
On Friday, November 11 instead of our regular practice we will have our first Intra-Squad meet (details are below).
All swimmers, including the Pre-Orcas group are expected to participate.
We will need a lot of parent volunteers: timers, runners, a starter, etc. to run this meet.
If your swimmer will be attending or you are available to volunteer please reply to this email now.

Meet starts: 4:30 PM.
