The Chicks took full advantage of the short handed Down & Dirty. The Chicks racked up a total of 21 runs in 4 innings to give Down & dirty another lost. Once again Gabbie Guzman stepped to the mound and pitched a great game. The Chicks were crushing the ball on a hot Saturday afternoon. Gabbie crushed a 4 run blast to keep the Chicks well ahead in the game. This was Gabbie's first hit of the season. Down & Dirty started a little come back in the last inning, but Jazzmin Arrant stepped to the mound and and shut them down. The girls played a great game.

The Sparx gave the Chicks all they could handle on Tuesday night. The Sparx's bats were red hot to start the game. The Chick got off to a rough start. The first inning was a error fest. Then the Chicks settled down. With Gabbie Guzman on the mound, she and the Chicks shut the Sparx down. After spotting the Saprx 8 run in the first 2 innings the Chicks battled to victory. The defense came through and helped out Gabbie, while she pitched a outstanding game. Sabrina Montoya started the Chicks come back with a 3 run blast in the third inning. The Chicks were down 10 to 8 in the bottom of the fifth inning. The Sparx pitching went cold, and that's when the Chicks bats got hot. Dani Cordero, came through with a clutch hit, to put the Chicks  by 1 run. Jazzmin Arrant knocked in another run. The final score Chicks 12 - Sparx 10

With only 8 player the Chicks were to much for the Wildcats. Playing their best game ever the Chick got revenge for their season opening lost to the Cats. The Chisk ahd offense and defense working together last night. Sabrina Montoya exploded with a Grad Slam Homerun in the 3rd inning, to put the Chicks in charge. Jazzmin Arrant & Sara Cota also had a couple of solo homeruns to seal the Cats fate. Sara pitched a 1 run 3 inning game. Gabbie Guzman completed the game with the save. the Chicks defense was the key factor in the game.  Final score: 12 - 5 , Chicks
