The Sparx gave the Chicks all they could handle on Tuesday night. The Sparx's bats were red hot to start the game. The Chick got off to a rough start. The first inning was a error fest. Then the Chicks settled down. With Gabbie Guzman on the mound, she and the Chicks shut the Sparx down. After spotting the Saprx 8 run in the first 2 innings the Chicks battled to victory. The defense came through and helped out Gabbie, while she pitched a outstanding game. Sabrina Montoya started the Chicks come back with a 3 run blast in the third inning. The Chicks were down 10 to 8 in the bottom of the fifth inning. The Sparx pitching went cold, and that's when the Chicks bats got hot. Dani Cordero, came through with a clutch hit, to put the Chicks  by 1 run. Jazzmin Arrant knocked in another run. The final score Chicks 12 - Sparx 10
