10-29-07:
Hi Panther Families:
Post-season play has begun! We need all the Panthers to support our 2 teams going into play-off play - the Midgets and the Jr. Pee Wees.
CONGRATULATIONS to the JR. PEE WEES - who are FIRST place in the Central Division!! It's been a while since Azalea Park has had a outright Division winner.
Jr. Pee Wees to play on TUESDAY 10-30-07. More details to follow on where and when, etc.
Midgets - could be the FIRST place winner of the Central Division after Monday night's games!
So come on out and cheer on the Midgets as they play on Monday night.
Playing on:
Monday night, 10-29-07, games to start at 7:00pm, at Winter Springs High School.
The directions to the playing field at Winter Springs High School is:
I-4 to SR434 (Longwood exit) and go East on SR434.  Approximately 8 miles to Tuscawilla Road and turn left and slightly less than 1/4 mile turn left again at the WSHS Baseball field and stadium is on your right.
If you take SR 417 North from SR 408 East, you will exit on the SR 434 exit (just past Red Bug Road exit).  Turn left on SR 434 going west.  In about 2 miles, there will be a traffic light (Tuscawilla Rd)  Turn right.  Slightly less than 1/4 mile turn left at the WSHS Baseball field and stadium is on your right.

The concession stand will be open for food and drinks.
Bathrooms are to the right and left side of our concessions stand which is located on the south side or ride side as you enter the high school football field.
FYI:
Azalea Park - Central Division, Division 2
"Wild Card" winner - is the 1 2nd place team of the 3 Divisions that wins the Tie Breaker Monday night games
Midgets - there is a 3-way tie for the First Place and the Second Place Central winners
CENTRAL: 3 way tie breaker for 1st and 2nd place Central Division – Azalea Park, Hagerty, Avalon
EAST: Tie Breaker for the EAST 2nd place - South Brevard-Deltona-Port Orange
WILD CARD: Wild card to be determined by: Central 2nd place vs. East 2nd place vs. South Lake
So yes, it would be good to be the winner of the CENTRAL. If we end up 2nd after playing against Hagerty & Avalon, then we would play the Tie Breaker against all the 2nd place teams (EAST to be determined and South Lake) to be the WILD CARD winner.
CONGRATULATIONS to both our Teams (players and Coaches) and their parents for making it possible to go into post-season play!
See everyone at Winter Springs. Go PANTHERS!!
CONGRATULATIONS to the MIDGETS - who are FIRST place in the Central Division!! The Midgets came through the Kansas City Tie Breaker games last night without a loss! Great football last night guys!
