Plum Wrestling

Open Mats will begin at the high school Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 pm to 7 pm. These are opportunities to work on specific things such as technique, conditioning, or just knocking the rust off the wheels. They are open to all ages, but it is suggested to bring a practice buddy around your weight.
