Coaches,
This coming weekend is a camp in Shaler at the OMP wrestling club in Etna. Lee Roper and Cliff Fretwell from the Compound in Georgia and also the Flowrestling guys will be doing there Scramble Camp. I will be there as well.
They do this camp all over the U.S. and have done it at all levels including college. I have seen it and it is a camp you want your wrestlers to make if possible. Kids are coming from PA, Michigan, NY, and NJ. All age groups are welcome. There will be several state and national champs there. This is especially great for your youth/jr high wrestlers as the competition will be the best. High school kids will learn how to scramble broken down move by move.
I will also be teaching and running some workouts.

Wrestling starts 6pm and ends Sunday. OMP will answer any questions you have. I just wanted to let you coaches know about this in case you haven’t heard.
