Preseason Workouts - Tuesdays / Wednesdays / Thursdays

Each week the wrestlers are meeting for voluntary preseason workouts on Tuesdays. Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 2:45 in the Wrestling Locker Room.
Each workout consists of a RUN, LIFT, and WRESTLING.
Each run is outdoor weather permitting. The lifts are 3 consecutive days so Tuesdays is predominantly a PUSH, Wednesday a PULL, Thursday LEGS. The wrestling introduces the wrestlers to hard drilling to improve footwork and hand fighting to get to your shots.
Anyone can join in the workouts but you will need to dress appropriately and follow directions. The workouts are made to be completed by 3:45.
