Hello Parents,

I apologize for not getting this form to you sooner. Please use this to register your daughter for the summer sessions at Bernard Campbell MS.

Both Saturday morning and Wednesday evening sessions will be held at BCMS (at the fields behind the school). I highly recommend participating in these sessions as your daughter will have an opportunity to learn from other coaches as well as LSW coaches.
