Lady Titan LAX Family,

I just received the schedule for our JV LAX Play Date in Columbia, MO that is scheduled for 21 APRIL. This will be 3 games in one day, plus we can plan to all go to Shakespeare’s Pizza afterwards. Here are the details:

Who: JV Team Members Only
When: Saturday 21 APRIL
Where: Cosmo Park, Columbia MO (1615 Business Loop 70 W, Columbia, MO 65202) I have attached a map to help you get to the correct fields. Take I-70 East to Columbia, take Exit #124 (Stadium Blvd), Turn left, and turn right on the Outer Rd after crossing the overpass and follow it to the entrance of Cosmo Park. Once you enter the park, you’ll come to a roundabout, and take the first right at the roundabout, follow it to the end of the road. You’ll see it on the map.

Here’s a couple of things to note: Bring chairs. There are no bleachers to sit on. If you have a canopy, please bring it. We will be at the fields for about 5 hours

I plan on leaving for Columbia at around 8am to get there around 10am. I would like for everyone to get to Cosmo Park at 10am as well, so we can get stretched out, warmed up, and ready for our first game.

11:00am – LSW JV vs Millard West JV (Omaha, NE) – Field #6
1:00pm – LSW JV vs Shawnee Mission (This will be the other JV team from Shawnee Mission, not the one we played on Friday.) – Field #5
2:00pm – LSW JV vs Papillion Lady Knights (Omaha, NE) – Field #6

We are done by 3pm…It’s a lot of lacrosse in a short amount of time, but my hope is that our JV team can get some good competition against other teams that they would not normally play during the regular season. I am looking forward to it. There will also be T-Shirts for sale, and a concession stand. Our usual photographer will not be in attendance, so if anyone is an aspiring sports photographer, please bring your camera and feel free to take pics. Reach out to me if you have any questions.

I think it would be awesome if we could all go to Shakespeare’s Pizza after our last game and hang out with each other before we get on the road to go home.
