WW rallies past Chariho, 8-5!

Righty Dominic Carollo (pictured) held Chariho scoreless over the last two innings by striking out five straight batters, helping WWCM pick up their seventh win of the summer with an 8-5 victory.
Trailing 4-1 in the top of the fifth inning, West Warwick rallied for four runs on three hits, two walks and three errors for a 5-4 lead. Providing key hits were Ty Condon (two-run single) and Dom Carollo (triple).
Tied at 5-5, WWCM took the lead when Logan Dean singled, stole second base ans cored on Leyton Belanger’s single to left field.
In the top of the seventh inning, WWCM took an 8-5 lead courtesy of one error and rbi hits from Ty Condon and Nick Brown (double).
West Warwick is now 7-6 on the year for league total of 17 points.
