Picture Day Information
Picture day is on Thursday, June 17, 2022.

9:00 AM for ALL swimmers! All swimmers will attend from 9-10:30. As swimmers complete their pictures they will practice/get ready for the meet.

The dress should be our team suit or team colors red white blue, please no bright colors. Siblings will be pictured together and individually. Every swimmer needs to have their picture taken as the photographer will compile them all together for a team photo. Link to order pictures:

When prompted, select the Blue Box to add other children or buddy photos to your order. For buddy photos, please include the first names for each person in buddy photo.
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with a receipt for your records. You do not need to bring it to picture day.

If you wish to pay with cash or check, please see a TSS team member on picture day and they can assist you. Cash and checks are NOT ACCEPTED on the website.

PARENTS – please ensure that we take your child’s individual photo on picture day. Once an order is placed, your child’s name is put into our ordering system which we use to record their image number on picture day. If the wrong team is mistakenly selected or if an order has not been placed, then the photographer may not call your child up, as their name will not be listed under the correct team or in our system at all.

Please Note: If you want to order photos at a later date, please see a TSS team member on picture day and they can provide you with a form to do so.

Tuesday, June 14, 2022- First Meet- Home meet at Ledgewood Against Meadowmoor.
5:00 pm Swimmers arrive- wear a suit and bring goggles, extra towels, etc- See Parent Info Meeting presentation for more info. Coaches will direct kids to the team area. When lineups are ready, look for your swimmer’s name and write the events on their hand with a sharpie- see the image on the post.

See job signups for the time on when to report for jobs. There will be a timers meeting before the meet starts so be listening for this announcement prior to the meet start.

Meet Signup Link for Tuesday’s meet

For each swim meet, a Google Form will be shared out to be completed for each one of your swimmers. This will indicate your swimmer’s attendance at the meet. Whether your swimmer(s) will be attending or not, this must be completed. This is a critical step to allow our coaches to set up meet lineups and to make sure our swimmers are set up for success. Please take the time to complete these forms for each of your swimmers.

• The Forms can be accessed from the Teams Home Page menu Meet Signups drop-down menu. If you are completing from a mobile device, click the three lines or hamburger on the right side. You can also access the Thursday form from the menu link. The future week’s forms are not active yet.
• Forms need to be completed by Sunday for Tuesday meets
• Forms need to be completed by Tuesday for Thursday’s meets

• We are still looking for volunteers to help run the meet on Tuesday.
