For each swim meet, a Google Form has been created to be completed for each one of your swimmers. This will indicate your swimmer’s attendance at the meet. Please complete each one based on your swimmer’s expected attendance. This is a critical step to allow our coaches to set up meet lineups and ensure our swimmers are set up for success. Please take the time to complete these forms for your swimmer(s). We are sharing all the meet forms for the season now. *We need these to be accurate based on your swimmer’s attendance, so please do not fill these out too early. *

• The Forms can be accessed from the Teams Home Page menu Meet Signups drop-down menu. If completing from a mobile device, click the three lines on the right side to see the menu.

• Forms need to be completed by Sunday for Tuesday meets
• Forms need to be completed by Tuesday for Thursday’s meets
