How do I enter a new player? How do I enter a new Volunteer? How do I select a “position” for a Volunteer? How do I assign a coach/volunteer to a team? How do I enter a new Sponsor? My players are showing up as 1 or 2 years younger than they should be. How do I enter a new player? Open ARM and select “Registrations”. Enter the player information and any additional information by clicking on the tabs (Parent Info, Uniform/School, Medical and Fees/Misc.) then click “add new”. back to top How do I enter a new Volunteer?
Go to the “Registrations” section and select the “Volunteer Registrations” tab. Enter appropriate information and click “add”. back to top How do I select a “position” for a Volunteer? Go the Registrations section and select the “Volunteer Registrations” tab. Click the “Positions & Certifications” tab. Select the volunteer from the drop down. Double click the specified position within the “Positions Available” field. The position will be moved to the “Volunteer Position” field. back to top How do I assign a coach/volunteer to a team? The correct way to add a manager, coach, team parent, etc. is to first make the person a volunteer. You can do this as you are filling out the parent information screen and checking "yes" in the Volunteer area. This will make them available in the volunteer list. Next, go to the Divisions and Teams area from the main title screen. Choose the Division you want to add the volunteer to and then click on "Volunteer Assignments". The next screen should provide a drop down area to select a "Volunteer Name" and their "Role" on the team. Click on Save and you're all set. back to top How do I enter a new Sponsor? ARM turns your PC into an electronic filing cabinet for all your records. Here are some of the features ARM includes: Registrations (Player, Parent, Volunteer, Sponsor Registrations)
  • Player Registration (name, address, phone number, email address, height weight, gender, date of birth, active/inactive, tryout number, registration number)
  • Parent Information (name, phone number, address, email address relationship to player)
  • Uniform/School for each player (shirt size, pant size, shoe size, hat size, jersey number, school information)
  • Player’s Medical Information (Doctor name and phone number, Dentist name and phone number, emergency contact information, insurance information)

What type of reports are available? How do I print a pre-populated registraton form? How do I print a roster report? What fields display in a roster report? What type of reports are available? Player, Volunteers, Sponsors, Divisions, Teams, Ability Ratings, Uniform, Refund/Balance Dues, League Summary Reports, Mailing Labels, Registration Forms, Player Medical Information and Tryout Numbers. back to top How do I print a pre-populated registraton form? Go to the Reports section of ARM , select Registration Forms and click “Preview”. You will then have a choice of “blank” (for new players), “Populated” (for handout), or “Populated” (for mailing) back to top How do I print a roster report? Select “Teams” from the Reports Selection, then “Team Roster”. Now, select the appropriate division then “preview” or “print setup”. back to top What fields display in a roster report? The following fields (only) appear on a roster report: Division, Team Name, Sponsor, Coach, Assistant Coach(s), Team Parent(s), Player Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Age and Sex. back to top

How do I import Online Registration Data or myteam Site Data to ARM? Important note regarding multiple imports from your Online Registration data. How do I export to the LLB Data Center? Can I import the information contained in ARM to my eteamz site? How do I import Online Registration Data or myteam Site Data to ARM? Open ARM then click the “import/export” link at the top menu then select “Import Data from”. Here, you will have 4 options: AFTF format, CSV File (your data from the myteam site or Online Registration, for example) League Administration Software League Data Manager Little League Roster Management Software back to top Important note regarding multiple imports from your Online Registration data. If you're doing multiple imports, you need to make sure you don't do a FULL import after the first import. Instead, import just what has been registered since the LAST import. Otherwise, any changes such as name, address, division/team assignments, etc. will be gone! Here's an example. If you were download today all of your registrations from 12/1 for example (today being 12/5). Then, you want to do your next download say on 12/10, you would download from 12/6. You'll need to take into account that you might miss a registration if you did the download in the morning of 12/5. It would be best to do it late at night so you don't miss anyone. back to top How do I export to the LLB Data Center? Open ARM and click the “import/export” link at the top menu, then select “Export data to”. Now, you will select the location where you would like to save the file. If you would like to use the default selection, it will save to “C:\Program Files\”. Click “ok” to export your data to an AFTF file. Now, you will login to the LLB Data Center and select to “Upload Player Rosters”. back to top Can I import the information contained in ARM to my eteamz site?
