Registrations (Player, Parent, Volunteer, Sponsor Registrations)
- Player Registration (name, address, phone number, email address, height weight, gender, date of birth, active/inactive, tryout number, registration number)
- Parent Information (name, phone number, address, email address relationship to player)
- Uniform/School for each player (shirt size, pant size, shoe size, hat size, jersey number, school information)
- Player’s Medical Information (Doctor name and phone number, Dentist name and phone number, emergency contact information, insurance information)
- Fees (per player, fundraiser donation, other fees, amount paid, balance due, how fee was paid)
- Volunteer Registration (name, address, phone number, email, position (coach, team parent, scorekeeper, etc.)
- Sponsor Registrations (sponsor name, pledge amount, amount paid, number of teams sponsored, contact name, phone number, address) Divisions and Teams
- Division Information (Division Name, sport, age specifications, per player fee, age cutoff day and month, umpire plate pay, umpire base pay, division gender, ratings for umpires, number of umpires required)
- Teams (Team Name, gender, sponsor, shirt color, pant color, hat color, sock color) Ratings
- Player Ratings such as; pitcher, catching, infield, outfield, throwing, running, batting, knowledge)
- Coach Ratings such as; coaching experience, attitude, knowledge
- Official Ratings such as; home plate umpire and field umpire Reports
- The following reports are available: Player, Volunteers, Sponsors, Divisions, Teams, Ability Ratings, Uniform, Refund/Balance Dues, League Summary Reports, Mailing Labels, Registration Forms, Player Medical Information and Tryout Numbers Custom Queries
- Queries including; Birthdate, age, registration date, birth certificate, residence, uniform sizes, weight, medical info, emergency contact info, school info, tryout number, division (assigned/unassigned to) teams (assigned/unassigned to) for Players, Volunteers Parents (inactive or active)
