Sweet Swing batting tips

Hello parents,

There are of course hundreds of resources to help improve everything from pitching mechanics to growing daisies. Some of the kids are already there. Some could use some tune-ups. I like this site (see link below) because my son could read about, understand, and see a great little league swing. Check it out - use a hitting tee, try soft toss, or even use a wiffle ball set. Most of all, be patient and respectful when working with your child, and you will enjoy your time together.

2007 FALL BALL Concession Information

ONLY MILL based Majors and Minors teams will be required to schedule parents for concession duties at the Tropical and Audubon fields.  This is the list of the MILL based teams:

Majors: Gold, Lt Green, Maroon
Minor1: Gold, Gray
Minor2: Gold, Navy

Further, here is the concession schedule at the team level along with the number of parents needed for each game:

MILL Annual General Member Meeting

Hi all, just a reminder that our General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September the 20th, 6 PM, at South (Tropical).

Agenda items will include attendance, election, condition of the league, property items, new members, finds, and results of the election before the meeting concludes.

We will be electing a new Board of Directors.  Any others interested in running for the BoD MUST have their name submitted by September 10th via email or phone to Jack Luchs and Brian Burns.

Below is a list of names of people who have already indicated an interest in running for the Board of Directors for next year.  Absentee ballots will be available before the General meeting on Sep 14th and 18th from 7-8 pm at the Tropical fields.

Also, October 1st will be a meeting to elect new officer positions by the BoD.
