Hi all, just a reminder that our General Membership Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, September the 20th, 6 PM, at South (Tropical).
Agenda items will include attendance, election, condition of the league, property items, new members, finds, and results of the election before the meeting concludes.
We will be electing a new Board of Directors. Any others interested in running for the BoD MUST have their name submitted by September 10th via email or phone to Jack Luchs and Brian Burns.
Below is a list of names of people who have already indicated an interest in running for the Board of Directors for next year. Absentee ballots will be available before the General meeting on Sep 14th and 18th from 7-8 pm at the Tropical fields.
Also, October 1st will be a meeting to elect new officer positions by the BoD.
