JEREMY PARSONS OFF ICE BOOT CAMP

Jeremy Parsons, former semi-professional hockey player and head coach of the 14u Blizzard hockey team, would like to setup an off ice boot camp hockey program for any hockey player or athlete of any age. The program will run on Saturdays from 9-10AM during the months of September and October at JP Personal Fitness, 32-36 Washington Ave, Endicott, NY 13760.
Jeremy has been a certified personal trainer for 14 years; he specializes in athletic training and has worked with several pro-athletes throughout his career. The off ice conditioning will include body weight exercises, plyometric boxes, ladder agility, parachutes, suspension training, kettle bells and many other exercises. This training will help with speed, strength, flexibility, cardio and numerous other benefits for hockey players. The cost of each session is $10. TRAVEL TEAM STAFF MEETING
|
The STHA is requesting that all State Bound and Non-State Bound Travel Team Head Coaches and Team Managers (Asst. Coaches welcome) attend the 2012-2013 Season Kick-Off Meeting in the BCC Conference Room at 7PM, Monday, 1 October. The meeting will cover important information relative to the upcoming season and is scheduled to last 1hr.

HOUSE COACHES MEETING
AND PLAYER DRAFT

The STHA will be conducting a combined House Coaches Meeting and Player Draft at 7PM Monday, 10 September at Brothers 2, 2901 Watson Blvd. Endwell, NY for all Divisions (Mini thru Midget). The goal of the player draft is to establish equally skilled teams within each division.

HOUSE PLAYER EVALUATIONS
|
The STHA will be hosting House player evaluations at Chenango Ice Rink on Sunday, 9 September for the following divisions.
11:15am-12:30pm Squirt
12:45pm-2:00pm PeeWee
2:15pm-3:30pm Bantam
3:45pm-5:00pm Midget
The STHA is requesting that all players attend (new and returning). The goal of the evaluations is to allow coaches to see each player and prepare themselves for the player draft in an effort to ensure that teams are established with equal skill levels.
