VETERANS DAY TOURNAMENT

The STHA and Binghamton Jr. Senators will be hosting a Veterans Day Tournament from November 10th-12th for all Pee Wee A, Pee Wee B and Bantam A level travel teams.  Tournament fee is $900.

2012-2013 SEASON REGISTRATION

Registration for the 2012-2013 Hockey Season will be open starting Tuesday, 26 June 2012 following the June Board Meeting.  Player age groups and fees have been posted.  Please note there will be a $10 convenience fee added to the posted fees for all payments made through PayPal.  You can avoid the convenience fee by paying with check or money order.  All questions regarding fees should be directed to our Treasurer, Romney Shelepak.  All questions regarding registration should be directed to our Registrar, Kirk Avery.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROGRAM

For the 2012-2013 season, the STHA will be offering an Equipment Rental Program for the Mite, Dyno and Squirt ages.  The program will provide Bauer helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, pants and shin guards.  The cost for renting the equipment is $50 for the season.   At the time the equipment is returned to the STHA Equipment Director, the participant will receive a $25 credit towards next year’s STHA registration.   Equipment is to be returned undamaged, with only normal wear.   Should excessive damage occur to the equipment, the participant shall not be reimbursed the $25, which shall be used by the STHA to replace the damaged gear.

To participate in this program, please fill out a Rental Equipment Form and submit completed form to the STHA Equipment Director, Gregg Castaldo.   There is a limited quantity of sets of equipment.   This program can only be offered on a first come, first serve basis.   Sizes are limited.  Mite, Dyno and Squirt ages are considered the average size of the equipment available.  The equipment may not fit all players.

    INNOVATIVE HOCKEY CAMP 

 

It’s the time of year to start planning your summer hockey camp experience for your hockey players. CHE Hockey has been running hockey camps the last 25 years and is proud to be back in Lake Placid, NY, home of the 1932 and 1980 Olympics. This summer we have two offerings in Lake Placid during August 13-17, 2012. One is an Innovative hockey camp designed to increase skating and skill set of players aged 8 - 14. The second is a “ U16 Boot Camp” designed to give AA/AAA players a leg up on the competition by being in midseason form when the season kicks off.  We do also have a variety of Innovative Hockey Camps in other locations like Traverse City, Michigan and Peterborough, Ontario. We also have tournaments in Lake Placid and Montreal during the upcoming season for all ages.
