Tax Exempt Status

Posted by Kirk Avery at Jan 8, 2010 4:00PM PST ( 0 Comments )

STHA GRANTED TAX EXEMPT STATUS

We are pleased to inform you the STHA has been granted tax exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service as a public charity.  Our organization is now exempt from Federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

This qualifies our organization to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 170 of the Code.

Thanks to Bob Gleason for working so hard to make this happen.
