Please take this survey to guide us in our coaching.
To ensure that everyone is learning and enjoying soccer, I am asking all of the players and/or parents to take this survey to make sure that we are headed in the right direction. This survey is strictly volunteer. I have no way of knowing who took the survey, so I ask that everyone taking the survey to be honest. Please let me know how we are doing as coaches, or how we could make it better. I do want honesty. This is your way to voice your opinion and no one will know you did so.
My goal is to prepare players to play at a competitive level, and be prepared for high school.
