WEST JEFF SOCCER

Tuesday 10/03/06 Cypress Christian came to West Jefferson for the 2nd round of competition. They also brought 1 addition to the team that we did not see on Friday 9/29/06 when we beat them at their field 4-1. They had some speed with a big boot from #20. It really is amazing what 1 player can do for a whole team. West Jeff played hard and was so close to a few goals, with a goal disqualified due to an offside call. It was a beautiful cross from John Mere to Adam Murry, but Adam was a step off. It was a great try. For the most part we played hard, and did not give up.
