(Malden, MA)- Silas Reed allowed just three hits and struck out 10 when the Chiefs edged the Lexington Blue Sox 1-0 at Maplewood on Monday evening.

2023 Intercity League MVP Juan Parra (pictured) gave Reed the only run he would need when he drove in Joe Bova, who had walked, with a two out third inning single.

Reed (4-0) was dominant all night and picked up his fourth win of the season. Lexington righty Matt Draper (5-1) was outstanding as well, allowing just one hit in 4.1 innings. Michael O’Brien, son of Boston College Head Football Coach and former Patriots OC Bill O’Brien, relieved Draper and shutout the Chiefs over the final 1.2 innings.

Veteran righty Jon Shepard made his Chiefs debut with two outs in the seventh and recorded a strikeout to get the save.

The win was the seventh straight for the now 12-4 Chiefs. They will return to action on Wednesday when they will play the Malden Maddogs at Maplewood starting at 8:00 PM.

(Roslindale, MA) The Chiefs got five RBI’s from Nolan Lopes, pacing a 17-hit offense, on the way to beating Mass Envelope/Grossman Marketing 16-3 at Fallon Field in Roslindale on Friday night.

It was the sixth straight win for Manager Anthony Perry and the Chiefs who put up a ten-spot in the top of the sixth inning.

Tim Dunphy (3-1) tossed five innings to record his 67th career win in Chiefs’ colors before giving away to Shai Cohen in the bottom of the sixth.

Andrew Caulfield (pictured) went 3-5 and Luis Tejada ,with two doubles, had three RBI’s apiece.

The now 11-4 Chiefs are off until Monday when they will host the Lexington Blue Sox at Maplewood starting at 8:00 PM.

(Roslindale, MA)- Veteran Evan Walsh got his first win of the season when the Chiefs defeated TJO Sports 7-1 at Fallon Field in Roslindale on Thursday evening.

Miles Reid and Nolan Lopes led the offense with three hits each. Luis Tejada had a triple amd two RBI’s and Teddy Dziuba, Nick Valdario, and Byron Woodman had an RBI each.

Walsh (pictured) worked 4.1 innings and gave up four hits while striking out five. Esteban Santos Fuentes (1.2 innings, 3 K’s) and Cameron Breault (1.0 inning) finished up for the Chiefs.

The 10-4 Chiefs are right back at Fallom Field tonight at 8:00 PM to meet Mass Envelope/GM.

(Malden, MA) Miles Reid homered and had six RBI’s to lead the Andre Chiefs to a 20-5 win over the McKay Club Beacons at Maplewood on Wednesday night.

It was the fourth straight win for the Chiefs.

Jaun Parra (3-3, double) and Nate Witkowski (2-3, double) added three RBI’s each. Nick Valdario went 3-3 and Joe Bova also homered for the Chiefs.

A.J. Rourke (2-1) went four innings to grt the win before giving way to Jonathan Richard and Jonathan Chotkowski in the fifth inning.

With the win the Chiefs improve to 9-4 on the season. They will spend the next two nights at Fallon Field in Roslindate playing TJO Sports on Thursday and Mass Envelope/GM on Friday. Both games will start at 8:00 PM.

(Malden, MA)- Veteran Paul Frisoli chalked up his first win of the season when the Chiefs doubed up the Melrose Americans 6-3 on Monday evening at Maplewood.

Frisoli (1-0) came on for starter Silas Reed with two outs in the fourth and worked the next 2.1 innings to get the win. A.J. Rourke struck out the side in the seventh inning to record his second save of the year.

Joe Bova (pictured) and Tyler Ferdinand each had two hits for the Chiefs.

With their third straight win the Chiefs improve to 8-4 on the season. They will host the McKay Club of the Yawkey League on Wednesday at 8:00 PM.
