Every point scored is vital to the success of the TEAM. The outcome of a Championship meet has come down to a single point on several occasions.

The meet featured Deerfield, New Trier, Glenbrook South, Northside College Prep, Highland Park, Stevenson, Lake Zurich, Loyola Academy, Lake Forest, Waukegan, and host Glenbrook North.

Kafka ran the final 400m in 63 seconds for an 800m split of 2:04.02, and then made a perfect exchange to Matthew Gomez.

Sophomore Matthew Gomez protected the large lead by running the first 400m in 61 seconds, and then ran the final 400m in 70 seconds for an 800m split of 2:11.18, and then made a nice exchange to Danny Rosen.

Sophomore Danny Rosen ran the first 400m in 60 seconds, and then cruised to the finish line during the final 400m with a split of 67 seconds to secure the victory with an 800m split of 2:07.27 for an outstanding time of 8:25.90.
