Ouzo lose 2nd straight game

SOCCER CITY, ETOBICOKE -
For the second straight game, Ouzo walked off the field in disbelief after a 3-0 defeat to AC Attack.  Short players for the 3rd straight game, Ouzo was forced to pick up another two players on 10-day contracts.

AC Attack opened the scoring on a nice one-two play that was finished nicely in the bottom corner.  Ouzo kept it close and with a little bit of luck could've equalized, but Attack's goalie came up big again.  Still missing some key players to injury, Ouzo just didn't seem to have the same bite that they usually have.  "Without the Schnitzel and Michae"lidesMAN" in the midfield, we don't seem to grind out those 50/50 balls" said Phil Kennedy after the game.

Attack scored a late goal with just under 3 minutes left in the game to seal Ouzo's fate.

Now 2-3-1, Ouzo still have the chance to finish in the top 4 for a playoff spot, but they will need to get their act together - starting this weekend in Welland.  Ouzo take their drinking skills to the Niagara region to showcase their talents on and off the field, which should be an eventful weekend.  The boys have vowed to take the Sunday games serious this year, especially after last years "Jeckal and Hyde" act from Saturday to Sunday.

Updates after the tournament as per usual...
