Registration Dates for the Fall 2005 Session BASA will have Registration at the Highland Soccer Fields today June 4th, from 9AM to 3PM. ALL FORMS MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE REGISTRATION TABLE & PAYMENT IN FULL IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION FOR ALL IN-HOUSE & TRAVEL PLAYERS. Any person that is delinquent from the previous session will not be permitted to register until restitution is made. There will be 2 additional registration dates during the summer. Registration forms will be accepted for In-house soccer after the last registration date of the summer; however there will be a $25.00 late fee per form. Picnic, General Meeting & Trophy Presentation The Picnic, General Meeting and Trophy Presentation will be held on Sunday, June 12, 2005 at the South Beaver Park. The schedule for that day will be as follows: -The Picnic will be from 1pm to 4pm. - The General Meeting will start at 4pm. -The Trophy Presentation will begin at the conclusion of the General Meeting. PLEASE FILL OUT THE PICNIC RSVP FORM AND RETURN THEM TODAY AT THE CONCESSION STAND. EXTRA PICNIC FORMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE AT THE CONCESSION STAND. Note: No player will receive a trophy that has not paid in full by the general meeting. The Board of BASA regrets having to make this decision, however there are approximately 38 families that have not paid the registration and uniform fees for this session as of May 5th. For our club to remain solvent this can not continue to happen. Checks can be mailed to the address listed above. Blackhawk Soccer Association to Host Week Long Summer Camp Westminster College Soccer Coaching staff will be conducting a week long soccer camp at the Highland Middle School Soccer Fields. Dates: July 11th to 15th Time: 5:30pm to 7:30pm Where: Highland Middle School Soccer Fields Cost: $50.00 (Includes Camp Shirt) Games and activities for 5-8 year olds Technical moves and foot skills as well as tactical training for 9-10 year olds Advance training in tactics and positional training for 11 year olds and older Games last 20 minutes of each day. Parents and coaches are welcome to attend. Only 20 spots per group so sign up today! Application forms at the concession stand or call 724-946-7316 Equipment Return ***All coaches are to turn in their equipment bags and green binders at the registration table after their last game on June 4, 2005. **** Car Wash There will be a CAR WASH at Wendy’s in Chippewa today June 4th, from 11am to 3pm. It is sponsored by the Blackhawk Soccer Booster and the proceeds will help the players participating, pay for summer soccer camp. The proposal is to change the position of Classic League Coordinator to Classic League Coordinator/Equipment Coordinator. Also amend Article VI under definition of Classic League Coordinator to include; The Classic League Coordinator/ Equipment Coordinator shall oversee the purchasing, and managing all equipment belonging to BASA. This shall include, but is not limited to, purchasing and keeping an inventory of ball, nets, goals, field paint, uniforms for in-house and travel teams. >>>>>>>>>>>>>
