The Future of Architecture. 9th Real Estate Sharks Forum
The 9th Real Estate Sharks Forum was held where we had the criteria and point of view of professionals in the real estate sector and who spoke about the current world situation and the best strategies to face it.
On this occasion, architecture and its future were discussed. Each speaker gave their comments and perspective according to the topic.
More and more people are interested in listening to what the speakers have to say, we have viewers who interacted with a variety of questions about the measures to be taken in the face of current adversities. Among the guests we have:
Juan Ignacio Aranguren, ZahaHadid Architects. He mentions that the impact caused by COVID-19 has been very important since it has changed the lives of all people “something that we had not happened since the Second World War” he points out that, if a vaccine is not found, the changes that occur currently they will be permanent, the architectural spaces will change and adapt to generate a “new normal”.
Jairo Vives, Lead Architect Pininfarina. “ It is an opportunity, it is time to ask ourselves what are the values by which we must operate” he mentions that many spaces are going to have to be modified based on current human experience.
Arturo and Jorge Arditti, ARDITTI + RDT Arquitectos. They mention that work continues on projects “in everything that can be advanced” despite the fact that the industry is paralyzed by the current contingency.
They point out that it is difficult to know how all processes are going to regenerate, however, it is time to be positive and reinvent yourself. “Innovation, forms and operation will continue to be exponential in a wonderful way because creativity is infinite . ”
Antonio Hanna , who took the tutelage of the forum as moderator. He was president of FIABCI Americas in 2017-2018 (The International Real Estate Federation), of CILA in 2016 and of AMPI National in 2015, he has a history in the sector of more than 30 years.
