Lake Shore Lightning 10u

The Lightning win the NSA Blue-Grey Summer Shootout Tournament. Saturday's scheduled games started off a bit slow for the Lightning with two ties and one win but the team was back in form on Sunday. The Lightning shutout the Glade Valley Gators in their first game with a score of 6-0. Both Brittany and Hannah did a great job pitching. The championship game had the Lake Shore Lightning facing the Vienna Stars. The entire team did a great job hitting and the Lake Shore Lightning won the tournament with a score of 5-2. After the completion of the NSA MD State Championship on Wednesday the Lake Shore Lightning will be taking a break from their tournament schedule as they prepare for Nationals.
