On the heels of a historic run through the State playoffs, finishing with a loss to the #1 State and Nationally ranked The Woodlands, many of your Katy Tigers have earned various local and state-wide honors for their play this season.  The following is a listing of the ones that I've gathered.  Please let me know if there are some more that I've missed.

Seniors (to be) Team:  Carter Jurica (member), Michael Fuda (invited but could not play), Aaron Daab (selected as alternate).  [Note: Carter played in the tournament.  Team Texas won the tourney and Carter was selected as the Tounament MVP !!  Congrats to Carter.]
Graduated Senior Team:  Will Weidig (member)   [Note:  Team Texas finished in second place to Team Arizona, losing 7-6 in 11 innings, and going 7 wins against only one loss in the tournament.  Will pitched versus Team Florida, and pitched a complete game 4-hitter, with 8 strikeouts, as Texas won 8-0]
