On Sunday, October 15, the Sorcerer Gold team coached by
Phil Mumma participated in the
Oakland Museum tribute to the women and girls who have taken
Title IX—and run with it! The program included a screening of the
HBO film Dare to Dream; soccer star Tiffany Roberts, 1996 Olympic Gold Medalist and 10-year veteran of the U.S. Women’s National Team; and demonstrations of pitching, hitting, and catching techniques by the Sorcerers.
Pictured here is

Also representing the Sorcerer Gold were Cal-committed pitcher
Valerie Arioto, outfielder
Alex Robben, and pitchers
Michelle Gascoigne and
Mackenzey Bard. Additional pictures are available on
