"For the season, her numbers were eye-opening: she led the section in batting and home runs at .721 and 10 round-trippers respectively. She led the team in every offensive and baserunning category, except for RBI's where she tied with sister Mandy, a junior. At the Best of the West Tournament, where Foothill finished fifth, Camuso made all-tournament while batting .680 against some of the state and nation's top talent. In addition, she had 33 RBIs, 69 hits and 57 runs scored in 97 at bats to go with 16 doubles, 10 triples, 27 walks, and a mere two whiffs for a .781 on-base percentage. And her slugging percentage at 1.392 is Herculean." |
