The North Royalton Bears downed the Great Lakes Freeze, 6-2, in North Coast HS Hockey League play on November 16, 2014 at OBM Arena in Strongsville. The Bears got on the board twice in the opening period, both scores coming from Jacob Krosky – his first he buried, unassisted, from the slot and his second he finished a feed from Paul Jablonski. North Royalton added to their lead early in the middle period when Timmy Orlosky tapped in a beautiful pass from Jablonski back door; Krosky also picked up an assist on the goal. Krosky added the Bears fourth goal of the game, his third, just a minute later with assists being awarded to Orlosky and Jablonski. The Bears, up 4-0, seemed to ease up a bit allowing two Great Lakes goals before responding with one of their own to take a 5-2 lead. Nicolai Kolasinski scored the final goal of the middle period assisted by Eric Golla and added his second of the game, the only goal scored in the final period, assisted by Anthony Picciano and Golla.
