Trumbull Eagles Hockey

The first annual "Alumni Challenge" was a great success. Following Trumbull's 7-0 victory over Masuk, the Eagle and Panther alumni squared off to complete the hockey double header. There was great participation from both teams with over thirty-five former players showing up to skate. The game ended with a shoot-out to break the 4-4 tie. After some great work in net from Trumbull's Rob Humphries ('03) and nifty goals from Masuk's Paul Yovino ('04) and former Eagle, Kevin Shoenthal ('03) the game ultimately ended in a tie. Pictured are former Trumbull Captain, Carl Slavis ('95) who travelled all the way from Philadelphia to skate and Masuk SNIPER (and Trumbull Head Coach) Greg Maxey ('84).
