What a FANTASTIC weekend for the Lightning 12U Family. Saturday's first game was against the KRUSH. Lightnings 25 Krush 1. Lightnings Vs. Ne Storm 11 and was won in the last inning. Lightning 6 Ne Storm 5 what an inning. Our last game of the night was against the Cobra's. Lightning 8 Cobra's 4. Lighning were placed 1st seed in there bracket. Sundays games were single elminations. Our first game was against Beatrice Xplosions and yet another game Won in the last inning. Lightnings 11 and Beatrice Xplosions 10. The team played the number one seed in the other bracket, North Platte Belle Jr's. Lightnings 0 N.P. Belle Jr's 9. Lightnings finished 2nd in this weekends Tournament. The players and coaching staff should be very well pleased with there results.
