Kyle Greenwalt became the first South Charlotte Panther player taken in the Major League Baseball Draft when he was selected by the Houston Astros in the 20th Round!
Kyle and the Souderton Big Red Indians will play in the Pennsylvania State Finals after beating Cumberland Monday.

Congratulations and Good Luck in the finals to Kyle.

Part time Panther David Mailman was selected in the seventh round of the MLB draft by the Boston Red Sox. Congrats go out to David on his selection.

Kyle has signed with the Houston Astros and will be heading to Greenville, TN. to begin play in the near future. The Souderton Indians lost in the state championship game in extra innings. Kyle pitched seven scoreless innings then had to come out of the game on a innings pitched rule. Congratulations to Kyle on both the State runner up finish and signing to play for the Astros.
