OPENING DAY ACTIVITIES: The Newton Central Little League will host Opening Day Activities on Sunday, May 4th. All teams should assemble at the Newton North High School Parking Lot on Walnut Street by 11:45 am. (NOTE THE NEW LOCATION OF THE PARADE STARTING POINT.) There will be a parade that will begin from that parking lot at 12:00 noon. The parade route will proceed by foot down Walnut Street to Cabot Street and then to Cabot Field. The ceremony will begin when the parade reaches Cabot Field, at approximately 12:30 pm. Team photographs will be taken after the ceremony. All players should check with their respective managers about where they will meet at the Newton North High School Parking Lot. REMINDER THAT THE WALK FOR HUNGER WILL BE HELD ON MAY 4TH.
