Yanks Right Ship in the Regular Season Finale
Yanks Win Regular Season Finale and Division Title
The Yankees won their final game of the regular season against the Orioles. The victory gave the Mighty Bombers the division crown and the first seed in the playoffs. The Bombers played well in all three phases of the game, holding the hard hitting Orioles to six runs. The Yankee pitching staff: Andrei (The Big Cat) Buado; Jake (The Snake) Peralta; Parker (The Real Deal) True; Kyle (The Great Santini) and Hayden (H) Mitchell allowed 14 hits but were able to pitch out of jams with the help of a great Yankee defense. The Boys in pinstripes were led on defensive by: Ryan ( Pocket Rhino) Sancedo who made a spectacular catch in right field and Spencer (The Road Runner) Floyd, who also provided solid back up in the outfield. Bombers who blasted the ball were: Terrence (T-Bone) Berg 1-3; Ramon (Mad Dog) Esparza III 1-2; Andrei (The Big Cat) Buado 2-3; Kyle (The Great Santini) Santin 2-2, Jake (The Snake) Peralta 1-3, 2b; Hayden (H) Mitchell 1-3; Jackson (Ajax) Shedd 2-2, 2 2bs; and Nick (One eyed Willy) Lake 1-2.
