Lozano Harnesses Halos
Yankee ace; Anthony (The Big Easy) Lozano pitched a 2 hit gem on Thursday night. The outstanding performance allowed the Mad Bombers to move to .500% for the season. Yankee coach: Don (Big D) Peralta said," This is quite an accomplishment for the Pinstripes, a few week ago we were sitting 3 games below the 500 mark at 3-6." "It really shows the character and determination of the boys," Peralta goes on to say. The Yankees banged out 8 hits and scored 7 runs in support of Lozano`s gem. Yankee sluggers Hayden (The Hammer) Mitchell, Jordan (Panda) Susbilla and Chase (The Mighty) Meniatis banged out 2 hits apiece. Meniatis had 2 doubles. Scotty (Happy) Gilmore and Andrei (The Big Cat) Buado had the other Yankees hits. Defensively, the Yankees played error free for the second time this season. The Panda led the defense with an over the shoulder catch in right field and Jake (The Snake) Peralta let it all hang out in an attempt to real in a sinking line drive in left field. Other Yankees in the right place at the right time were: (Joltin`) Jacob Rosin, Parker (The Real Deal) True, Tristan (Brave Heart) George, Spencer (The Road Runner) Floyd and Charles (Nails) Godtfredsen. With the win the Yankees move to 7-7-1.
