Date of Birth and Residency Verification for New Players

Little League insurance requires that a board member certify the age of new players. Additionally, we have to verify that new players meet our residencey requirments. This verification will be conducted at the Baseball and Softball tryouts scheduled for January 7th and 14th.
If you have registered a new player for the 2006 season, please bring your player's birth certificate or passport to one of the venues below along with some proof of residence, e.g. a driver's license with the correct address.
Sat. Jan. 7, 9-11:00 AM @ Begg North field
Sat. Jan. 7, 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM @ Pacific Center Field (lower playground)
Sat. Jan. 14, 9-11:00 AM @ Begg North field
Sat. Jan. 14, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Pacific Center Field (lower playground)
We would prefer that you attend the earlier date.
