• Live Oak
  1. Snack Stand - Exterior needs to be pressure wash and Painted. Roof shows evidence of leak. No key to score booth so I was not able to get in. Check where stairs for rotten wood.Interior needs to be professionally Cleaned. (A lot of dust). May want to paint.
  2. 3rd base dugout needs new roof. Evidence of rotten boards. The Dugouts are the City's problem.
• Marine Center
  1. Replace bases broken by adult SB
  2. Replace 2B anchor. Missing or larger than others
  3. Leak at infield sprinkler near 3B dugout
• Marine East
  1. 3B anchor broken
  2. 2B anchor missing
     • Status - Just reported
• Premier
  1. Wet area in right field near 2B where shutoff boxes are.
  2. Backstop needs to be replaced.
     • Status - Short term, pumping and application of fresh dir. Long term - fix leak, maybe move shutoffs, latter a bit costly.
• Dorsey
  1. Broken L-Screen
  2. Batting cage mound needs to be rebuilt
• Manhattan Heights
  1. Need electrical outlet behind home plate for score board control
• Begg South
  1. Backstop wall is a safety hazard. Balls bounce back at catcher/ump. Need a pad.
• Begg North
  1. Need to fix backstop fence. Balls roll under it.
