Thanks to the efforts of coaches Len Jasuta and Rob Lucenti, the MB Minor Softball State Champions will be honored by Mayor Mitch Ward and the MB City Council at the city council meeting this Tuesday, Oct 17. The council meetings begin at 6:30pm at City Hall, 1400 Highland Ave. We would like the team to meet and assemble outside of City Hall by 6:15pm. The players are to wear their uniforms (jerseys, shorts, sox, jackets). The city council is changing mayors at this meeting, hence it will be Mayor Ward's final meeting in the role of mayor. There will be a big crowd, so please be on time(early). The council will honor the team early in the meeting, allowing the girls to return home to the enjoyment of their homework. Coach Larry Humphrey
