Note that your player must be within the age range 5-14 as of 7/31/2005. Ages 5-12 must either live in Manhattan Beach, attend a Manhattan Beach school, be the child of a Manhattan Beach City or MBUSD employee or have played a prior MBLL spring season. The residency requirements for 13 &14 year olds is less restrictive. South Bay (El Segundo to Palos Verdes) residency is good enough for 13-14 year olds. P.S. You may want to lookup your kid's physician's address and phone number first. Both are required on the online form.
